This drive and dine experience will involve a 45 minute tour and wine tasting at one of the newest and most unique wineries in the Texas hill country. Slate Theory Winery is just a few miles east of Fredericksburg on hiway 290. It has a very unique 9,000 sq ft wine cave and modern production facilities to produce excellent 100% Texas wines. At the conclusion of the wine tour, charcuterie boards will be served on the winery’s covered patio. In addition, a food truck will be located on-site for wood fired pizzas. We will meet at the Walmart parking lot in Boerne at 9:30am. Please register so that we can provide accurate participant numbers to the venue. The cost will be $30/person for the tour/tasting/charcuterie (plus 20% gratuity for bookings over 10).
