ROBERT HERBAGE
PRESIDENT

I joined TCA in March of 2019 right after purchasing my first Corvette in over 30 years. Over the years I have been fortunate to own four Corvettes, the first being a 1985 red coupe, 1987 medium blue convertible, 2007 yellow coupe, 2015 yellow coupe, and my current 2023 accelerate yellow coupe.

My love for Corvette started in the 5th grade with the 1963 split-window Stingray. So much so, that for a class project, I designed a hotel and named it the Stingray Hotel. TCA has such a great variety of activities besides the Open Car Show, but my favorites are the Drive and Dines. I was born in Long Beach, California, attended Cal Poly Pomona, and have had my own Architecture practice since 1984. I  look forward to serving and getting to know all of the members as President of TCA.

VICE PRESIDENT
My wife, Teresa, and I joined TCA in January 2019 before permanently moving to Mystic Shores on the north side of Canyon Lake in December 2019. After participating in our first, major club event, the 25th NCM Anniversary Caravan to Bowling Green, KY, I was hooked on the club, cars and people! Being an ‘anything-car/motorcycle-related-driving-racing-enthusiast’ from a very young age, I longed for the day when I’d own my first, true, American-made sports car…our new 2017 black Grand Sport became a reality in May 2017. Teresa and I do our best to participate in as many TCA events as possible…from local ‘drive and dines’ to overnight events such as Corvettes & Colors in Telluride Colorado, one of our absolute favorites!

I retired from Valero in 2013. I am not a gear-head but have always wanted a corvette. I couldn’t resist any longer and bought the first one in 2001. My wife, Debbie, and I have been in TCA since December 2018 and have owned six corvettes - a 2001 C5 yellow convertible, a 2007 C6 black ZO6 coupe, a 2014 C7 blue Z51 coupe that we picked up at NCM, a 2016 C7 red Z51 convertible, a 2019 C7 red Grand Sport coupe, and our current one that is a 2025 riptide blue ZO6 HTC.  Our favorite TCA events are the drive and dines and the overnight trips, but everything is fun because of the people. Debbie and I have two sons and daughter-in-laws, and four grandchildren.

BILL WEBER
TREASURER
My wife, Kay, and I relocated to San Antonio from Cleveland, Ohio, in 1983. I spent most of my professional accounting career in the commodity chemical and energy businesses retiring from Valero in 2010. I’ve been a Corvette fan for many years. My first Corvette was a 1975 silver coupe. We’ve subsequently owned a 2004 convertible, and currently drive 2016 and 2022 convertibles. TCA's membership includes owners of all eight Corvette generations. Our likes and interests are diverse and include drive and dines, car shows, restoration, detailing, road and vintage racing, following Corvette racing in IMSA and WEC, road trips, and the National Corvette Museum. Belonging to TCA is a lot like going to the bank - the more you put in, the more you’ll get out of it. I encourage you to participate in both our monthly meetings and whichever events fit your interests.

IMMEDIATE PAST PRESIDENT
My wife, Caron, and I have been married for 47 years and have lived in The San Antonio area since 1984, we currently live in Fair Oaks Ranch. We have been blessed with two lovely daughters, two fine sons-in-law, and three wonderful granddaughters. I retired from Hydraulic Supply & Service Company in May of 2019. I got my first Corvette a few months before retirement as a present to myself - a 2003 50
th Anniversary convertible. We joined TCA shortly after and have totally enjoyed getting to know the fine people in this group. We now own a 2019 Elkhart Lake Blue Grand Sport. We joined TCA for the cars and stayed for the people and we look forward to meeting and getting to know more of you in the months and years to come.
