Please join us for the first TCA Car Show planning meeting. We have the room from 6pm - 8:30 pm. The meeting will start at 6:30 PM. A number of important issues will be discussed, including:<br /><br />1. Price for pre-registration and day of show registration.<br />2. Selection of awards.<br />3. Meet &amp; Greet Price and Tickets.<br />4. When to open Registration.<br />5. Hill Country Drive price.<br />6. Ticket takers at Meet &amp; Greet and Hill Country Drive.<br />7. Location of porta-potties.<br />8. Committee reports.
